Udaya Resort

Udaya Resorts was chosen for my Son's wedding(in November)as we wanted an open air space for the function. The lawn is on the Bank of Yakkara River (Bharathapuzha) which provides a perfect backdrop. The lawn can accommodate around 250 people crowd. The management team of team is very helpful and supportive. Only an advice that one can take attention while preparing the madap in a way that river comes fully on the back ground instead of the flats on the other side of the river. Good experience. Recommend the venue for those who looking for open venues for wedding, reception.

A quick getaway place located in palakad town. Glad v found tis place and decided to spend our newyr nit. Rooms were very spacious and neat. Thr s a decent swimming pool nd play area. Nd thr r many friendly dogs, bunny nd birds. Kids cn hv a nice time. They don't hv in-house restaurant. But complimentary breakfast was available with limited menu which was ok. Overall best place to spend our weekend or any spl occasion.

This is a treat for pet lovers, Last but not least, the staff at this resort are known for their hospitality and service. Their friendly and accommodating nature enhances the overall guest experience, making this resort an excellent choice for a peaceful retreat or a quick escape from the routine. However, there are some areas that need attention. Hygiene and room cleanliness should be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay. The quality of food provided at the resort is not up to par, but the advantage is that Swiggy and Zomato services are available in the area for alternative dining options. The facilities for kids also need enhancement to provide a more family-friendly experience. In summary, this resort offers a great atmosphere and amenities but should work on these areas to provide a more comprehensive and satisfying guest experience.

A booking made 10 days in advance was canceled by the resort just one day before the check-in date. This represents the worst kind of customer service. Resorts that fail to understand customer service and guest convenience should be called out for their incapability; otherwise, the guest will suffer. This is a classic case of unprofessionalism. Despite having a booking 10 days in advance, they chose to inform the guest on the evening before, leaving the guest with no choice but to endure their pathetic hospitality. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE, as they can scam you with last-minute cancellations, providing silly reasons. There are no pictures or videos explaining the reason in detail. It's surprising that they still have the audacity to offer rooms instead of addressing their internal operational issues before taking any bookings.
